Globalization is the climactic culmination of the evolution of Human Civilization. The modern era of connectivity is possible because we work together. Teamwork makes the dream work. Instead of each of us hunting and gathering, people can specialize in different expertise, because some will grow food, and some will cultivate technology. And sometimes we have to ask for help from those with specialized knowledge. But their words and understanding can be magical, and frightening to some. Knowledge has to be met with understanding, and just as you might hold back some of the details of the Kama Sutra when a child asks where babies come from, a tech expert might start with the basics on how to troubleshoot a computer. So let’s start by turning it off and back on again with Mat and Veronique as we experience higher than average frustration with Tech Support!
